CHARACTERISTICS OF THE SYSTEM
Systems ( frames ) with fixed parts & opening made by SECCO EBE 65 & EBE 85 by thermal parts , visible parts of 47mm. to 94mm., depth 65mm. or 85mm. Systems ( frames ) with fixed parts & opening made OS 2 ( thin section ) with thermal parts , visible parts 44mm. depth 64mm. Triple sealing system for windows & double seal for doors , flush interior & exterior doors for ( internally coated windows ) , welding screw hinges, covers drain slotted finishes are available to suit the system. The profiles of the systems are made by continuous welding of the molecules of the metal profile, glass fiber reinforced polyamide extrusion, which is fixedly connected to the metal elements, by use of a polyurethane containing resin. The parts produced by cold- rolled steel sheets 1,5 mm., Hot dipped galvanized system Sendzimir below the entire surface galvanizing > _ 2.900 g/m2. The frames are constructed with seam welding of the contact surfaces followed by grinding, creating good surface coating (no seams on the surface of the profile).
